2026 First Responder Mental Health Conference & Appreciation Gala

Hosted by the Alberta First Responders Association (AFRA)

Join us on Saturday, March 7, 2026, for a day dedicated to your resilience and an evening dedicated to your service. We’ve designed this event to be affordable, accessible, and—most importantly—practical.

🛡️ The Conference: Resilience in Action Brought to you by All Around Performance.

Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Cost: $25 (Includes lunch & refreshments)
The Goal: No fluff, just tools. Walk away with mental health techniques you can use on your very next shift. Featuring four keynote speakers and high-impact presentations from local nonprofits.

🥂 The Appreciation Gala: A Night of Honor

Time: 5:00 PM – Late
Cost: $125 (Use discount code FR2026)
The Experience: A formal evening featuring dinner, awards, and dancing.
Win Big: Join in our Silent Auction, 50/50 Draw, and a variety of Door Prizes throughout the evening!
Stay: The Wyndham South Edmonton has rooms starting at $139/night for attendees.

🎁 Call for Contributions: Swag Bag & Auction Donations

We are looking to fill 125 Appreciation Swag Bags for our conference participants, as well as items for our Silent Auction. Help us support Alberta’s frontline by donating:

Swag: Reusable water bottles, notebooks, pens, fidget tools, or healthy snacks.
Auction Items: Gift cards, experience packages, or high-value branded items.
