If you’re a Veteran facing homelessness or struggling to make ends meet, the Veterans Homelessness Program (𝗩𝗛𝗣) is here to help. Our mission is to prevent and reduce veteran homelessness across Canada, providing the support and resources needed during tough times.

𝗪𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Rental Assistance
• Emergency Shelter
• Wrap Around Services
• Health & Medical Supports
• Minor Capital Expenditures
• Utility Expenses
• And more!

Thanks to funding from the Canadian Government, we’re able to provide support to Veterans in 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘢, 𝘈𝘭𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢, 𝘚𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘯, 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘢, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘠𝘶𝘬𝘰𝘯.
